As the founder of The Uncaged Chefs, he’s built a movement — not just a brand — centered on unchained creativity and breaking traditional culinary boundaries.
In 2025, he launched Uncaged Flair, a partnership with DC’s Flair Lounge, fusing Southern and Caribbean influences with global street-food energy — creating DC’s boldest late-night food and lounge concept.
Whether he’s plating 24K Gold Shrimp, Fried Lamb Chops, or crafting a brunch that goes viral, Chef Damian curates menus with soul, precision, and a vision to elevate every guest’s experience.
